Whether it’s sunny or not, Priyanka Chopra is usually wearing a pair of sunglasses. So, even though autumn is taking hold, the star isn’t ready to leave summer behind just yet.

The LA weather means the West Coast-based actor has ample opportunity to make use of her impressive collection of frames. A glance at Chopra’s Instagram feed reveals countless snaps of her basking in sunshine in one of myriad colourful styles – from oversized shades to classic Wayfarers.

Chopra is a fan of retro shapes, and cat-eye styles feature heavily in her arsenal of accessories. She recently shared a selfie with her German Shepherd, Gino, in which she’s wearing a pair of angular sunglasses with stark white frames. Naturally, the craze for ’90s-inspired micro-specs did not pass her by – she has a pair worthy of The Matrix, in addition to some tangerine-tinted Dior lenses.

Her preferred brands include the retro-tinged Velvet Canyon, along with Jimmy Choo, Vita Fede, Le Specs, and Dior. Priyanka, along with Bella and Gigi Hadid and Irina Shayk, is also a fan of DMY BY DMY – a British independent label with a distinctly nostalgic flavour.
